The ControlVault catalog is categorised to allow fast retrival when you are searching for any Digital Asset. In addtion to this, each Digital Asset has a unique Asset number which is referenced to it's discipline and relevance.

Why do I need this, I can do it myself?

Of couse, the products on offer from ControlVault can be easily copied, however what we are selling is your time, the time you would have spent setting out a report template, or looking up standard calculations for a spreadsheet for example.

For less than the cost of a couple of hours of your time, most digital assets can save you two or three times the effort, therefore allowing you to add true value to your deliverables.

Can I modify a file I have downloaded?

Following the purchase of any Digital Asset from ControlVault, you are free to alter it in any way to suit your needs.

All Digital Assets follow the Creative Commons License ( Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License), allowing you to modify any part to add value, however, there are restrictions in direct commercial use of the purchased item, i.e. reselling of the Digital Asset.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, click on the ‘Account’ link at the top right of the screen. Then click on ‘Profile’. On the right side of the page under ‘Edit My Profile’, click on ‘Change Password’.

Where are my receipts and download history?

To access information pertaining to your account and account activity click on the ‘My Account’ link at the bottom of the screen. There you will see a list of options. To view your receipts, click on ‘Purchase History’ and to view your downloads, click on ‘Download History’.

How do I re-download a file?

To re-download a file (within the 24 hour period) return to the file close-up page, you will see the file size you previously purchased is listed at 0 credits. The system recognizes the duplication and does not charge you any additional fees or credits for the re-download.
